Status of compliance with the requirements
Due to the following non-compliances and/or exemptions, this website is partially compliant with Section 15b (2) of the Upper Austrian Anti-Discrimination Act in conjunction with Section 1 of the Upper Austrian Web Accessibility Regulation (Oö. WEBVO) 2020 and/or Article 6 (2) and (3) of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 (EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03)).
Work is underway to achieve compliance.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below – where used on the website – is not accessible for the following reasons:
a) Non-compliance with accessibility requirements
Certain non-decorative images within the content lack alternative text, which means this information is not accessible to screen reader users. Therefore, WCAG Success Criterion 1.1.1 (Non-text Content) is not met.
Third-party videos (e.g., YouTube) are integrated in the website. The provision of alternatives to visual and audio content cannot be guaranteed for this material as it is outside our sphere of influence. Consequently, some Success Criteria of WCAG Guideline 1.2 cannot be met.
b) Disproportionate burden
Not all images and videos have text describing the purpose of the image or video. Therefore, WCAG Success Criterion 1.1.1 (Non-text Content) is not met.
Not all audio and video content includes text alternatives. Therefore, WCAG Success Criterion 1.2 (Time-based Media) is not met.
c) The content falls outside the scope of the applicable legal provisions:
Friendly Captcha applications that are required for form submission to ensure website security.
Embedded YouTube videos. No subtitles are available for these videos.
